
For most items, PowerNET offers a choice of either:
Delivery, Installation & Onsite Configuration
This service is provided by a PowerNET Engineer and is available in all
areas of Melbourne. Installation includes setting up the item(s) purchased
however does not allow for any additional works (such as data transfer
or re-installation of existing programs). If you require additional tasks
to be completed, please contact our Client Service team for a custom quote.
Delivery Only
Prices quoted are for all major metropolitan centres throughout Australia
- for other areas, please contact us for delivery charges.
When preparing a quote, you will be asked to select between these choices
(you can also change this selection any time later). Charges for these
options will be shown on your quote.
Please note that you can only select one choice or the other for all items
in a single quote. If you want some items installed, and others just delivered,
please create two separate quotes.
Lead Times
For items that are in stock (shown on the quote page), delivery will normally
occur between 24 and 48 hours of your order being processed. Please remember
that your order is not processed until we receive payment.
If one part of your order is in stock but there is a wait on another part,
we will contact you to discuss your options.
If you are choosing the Installation option, the lead time will be similar
but may vary depending on our availability. Once you have made an order
with an Installation option, our Client Service department will contact
you to arrange a suitable time for installation.
Delivery, Installation & Onsite Configuration
Charges
Charges for this service are based on the type of item(s) purchased and
the quantity of items. The pricing per unit decreases for larger quantities
of items (as efficiencies can be gained during the installation and configuration
process). PowerNET Technology has been installing, servicing and repairing
all different types of technology for many years. Our engineers are fully
qualified and highly experienced with almost all types of technology.
If there is no option for installation with a particular product, please
contact us and we will provide a customised quote for this installation.
Delivery Charges
Charges for delivery are based on a the size and weight of item(s) ordered
- there is also a minimum delivery charge.
Delivery Address Details
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery
address provided is accurate, and that someone will be available to accept
delivery between 9am and 5pm on weekdays. As we use courier services,
we cannot deliver to post boxes or leave packages unattended.
If a delivery address is incorrect or no-one is available to accept delivery,
we will charge a Re-Delivery Fee (up to the amount of the original delivery
fee).
Disclaimer
We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners,
but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed
in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery
partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.
