Price Match Guarantee
If you find an identical branded item elsewhere, within 7 days of purchase,
for a lower price, we will match the price by refunding you 110% of the
difference!
This way you'll always get the lowest prices on IT from PowerNET.
How does the Price Match Guarantee work?
If you are looking to purchase something and find a product on our website
at a lower price somewhere else, we want the opportunity to beat it! We
regularly check our competitors and update our prices to reflect the lowest
prices in Australia, but if you do find lower pricing, we want to know
about it. If our pricing is not the lowest, we will update your quote
with a price equal to or lower than the alternate pricing.
If you have made a purchase from PowerNET and then find the same product
at a lower price somewhere else, you may be eligible for a Price Guaranteed
Refund. This means we will refund you the difference, plus an extra 10%
of the difference!

Price Match Guarantee Conditions
We need written proof of the lower pricing (via an advertisement, catalogue,
or faxed quote for example).
We also need to be able to verify the pricing with the supplier - you
need to provide contact details (unconfirmed prices will not be honoured).
For a Price Guarantee Refund, you need to submit the lower pricing within
1 week of making your order.
The product must be identical (brand, model and all specifications), and
must be in stock at the alternate supplier
Pricing must be compared on an equal basis - for instance, must include
GST, relevant shipping costs, and must not make any additional requirements
- e.g. membership, installation, high volume or regular ordering (i.e.
does not apply to wholesalers or distributors).
The alternate pricing must be from an registered Australian business
The Price Match Guarantee Refund is limited to a maximum of $500 per order
and can be applied to a maximum of 3 of the same product per order.
The Price Match Guarantee is subject to change at any time.
