Helpdesk services are charged in 30 minute increments (general inquiries do not incur any charges).

Support calls that walk a customer through problem solving or providing consultancy on issues may be chareable per our standard labour costs.


Full Onsite Maintenance Contracts (optional)  

Onsite maintenance contracts can be negotiated. Contracts are subject to various aspects and will be tailored to your exact requirements.
